No. The free review is designed to find that out. We separate business-impacting issues from nice-to-have changes and explain the tradeoffs in plain language.

Choose Care, Improve, or Grow at the published price. Before work starts, we agree the free design scope, revision limits, monthly update allowance, hosting and third-party costs, and cancellation terms. Larger projects are quoted separately.
You do. Your website, domain, hosting accounts, content, and access stay under your control. Monthly care pays for ongoing help, not access to your own property.
Every refresh includes a 90-day warranty for the agreed work. If you choose monthly care, we also handle routine updates, monitoring, fixes, and planned improvements from there.
We review traffic, performance, and capacity, then recommend changes when there is a clear business need. A reply within one business day means an initial response; completion times depend on the agreed work.
